3A Stylized Realistic Shooting Project in Research - Game Data Analyst (Shenzhen)

This role is for a Game Data Analyst on a 3A stylized realistic shooting project within TiMi Studio Group. The analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining analysis frameworks for game lifecycle stages, conducting in-depth data analysis, designing A/B tests, monitoring game data, analyzing competitors, and driving solutions based on data insights to improve player experience and commercial performance.

Job Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain active and commercial analysis frameworks for different stages of the game lifecycle, conduct in-depth analysis and problem identification, propose solutions, and continuously improve.

2. Independently carry out thematic data analysis, possess a growth mindset, design and analyze A/B test experiments, verify strategy effectiveness, and propose optimization suggestions.

3. Follow up on game data analysis requirements, including data extraction, report monitoring, daily analysis, and indicator feedback, supporting specific analysis for product and market releases.

4. Conduct competitor monitoring, focusing on core competitors and new games, and regularly produce analysis reports to provide reference for the project team.

5. Break down work goals based on product objectives, proactively raise key questions for analysis, and promote the implementation of solutions.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 1+ year of work experience in the game industry, familiar with game lifecycle operations at various stages, rich experience in data analysis, skilled in in-depth data mining from a data perspective.

2. Love games, pay attention to the game industry, have rich game experience, those who have participated in or deeply experienced FPS/MOBA games are preferred.

3. High data sensitivity, strong logical thinking, strong communication skills, excellent self-drive and teamwork ability, able to withstand pressure, eager to learn.

4. Strong expression skills, excellent fast learning ability, communication and coordination skills, and team spirit.
