Timi Studio Group, a Tencent Games development team, is seeking an Overseas Commercialization Lead for multiplayer competitive products. This role involves building and managing a product operations team, designing and implementing commercialization strategies for international markets, optimizing game features, and collaborating with overseas partners. The lead will be responsible for overall commercial results, creative design of commercial resources, and data-driven decision-making to enhance player experience and market performance.
Must Have
- Build and manage a product operations team, responsible for product commercialization results.
- Design and implement commercialization strategies for international markets.
- Ensure commercialization strategies align with global publishing and product roadmaps.
- Drive creative design of commercial resources based on market preferences and user topics.
- Utilize data and research tools for analysis, forecasting, and solution development.
- 5+ years of complete commercialization operation experience in multiplayer competitive products (shooting, MOBA, action preferred).
- Love for games and sufficient understanding of domestic and international mainstream multiplayer competitive game markets and users.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

4. Combine market preferences and user topics to drive the creative design of commercial resources, and be responsible for the input-output ratio of various resources.
5. Efficiently utilize various data and user research tools, provide suggestions based on data analysis, and anticipate indicator fluctuations to formulate response plans.
Job Requirements
1. 5 years or more of complete commercialization operation experience in multiplayer competitive products, with a preference for shooting, MOBA, and action categories.
2. Love games and have a sufficient understanding of domestic and international mainstream multiplayer competitive game markets and users.
3. Possess good communication and collaboration skills; experience in overseas co-development is preferred, and IP operation experience is preferred.
4. English and Japanese communication skills are preferred, enabling efficient communication with overseas developers regarding game development.
5. Management experience is preferred.
