Senior Product Manager, Software Ecosystem

The Senior Product Manager for Razer's Software Ecosystem will define the strategy and requirements to expand one of the world's largest gamer ecosystems, connecting hardware, innovative software, and third-party platforms on PC and mobile for over 100 million users. This role involves owning the development of features for RazerID cloud access solutions, standardizing common software functions like SSO and app ratings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including business, marketing, design, Cloud, AI, and Big Data to achieve business goals and ensure data compliance and security. The manager will also evaluate market trends to create software roadmaps and foster hardware/software synergy across all Razer products.

Job Responsibilities

The Product Manager for the Razer Software Ecosystem will drive the strategy and create requirements needed to grow one of the world’s largest gamer ecosystems with over 100M users. The Razer Software Ecosystem connects our amazing hardware and innovative software with 3rd party video games and digital platforms on both PC and mobile on a global scale.

To take the lead on evolving the Razer Software Ecosystem, you should have strong product management experience, preferably with identity and access management systems. This is a full-time position based in our Singapore office.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the development of features to maintain and expand RazerID cloud access solutions.
• Define and standardize features for Razer Software common functions like single sign-on (SSO), software installation, app ratings systems, and notifications to create a cohesive user experience across our software products on both PC and mobile.
• Work closely with business, marketing, and design teams across the company to define innovative feature advancements to drive to business goals.
• Lead global cross-functional teams in execution of product requirements.
• Collaborate with Cloud, AI and Big Data teams to drive features for Ecosystem growth.
• Ensure Razer ID meets world class standards and various regional requirements for data compliance and security by working closely with legal and info-security teams.
• Outline a common user onboarding/sign-on experience for each software product to use as a guideline for the UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) team.
• Evaluate the gaming software and technology markets to create software roadmaps and competitive analysis.
• Work closely with various product groups (Software/Peripherals/Systems) to create hardware/software synergy between all Razer products.

Pre-Requisites

Qualifications

• 3-5 years as a product manager or producer on software development projects.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• Strong background and hands-on experience with Single Sign On, Federated SSO, Identity & Access Management, and cloud access solutions.
• Background in project or product management with direct relevant experience working with cloud-based services.
• Experience using data analytics and customer/community feedback to make actionable recommendations.
• Ability to manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external.
• Take ownership mentality with a drive to "get things done" and be invested in the outcome.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to details in the customer experience.
• Ability to lead in high-pressure situations.
• Technically creative and innovative.
• Able to work well in a global team environment.
• Outstanding ability to research and analyze technical topics.
• Avid gamer – familiar with various genres of games, game-play, and behaviors.
