The Associate Director, Search Product Enablement at Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) is responsible for driving customer engagement, success, and retention of PMX's performance product suite with Publicis performance marketing teams. This role involves onboarding agencies to proprietary performance products, leading office hours, reviewing performance insights, and collaborating with product owners and agency teams to maximize solution utilization and foster product development. The position requires expertise in paid search activation and product enablement.

- Experience applying search to brand-building & direct response
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts

The PMX Performance is our team of cutting-edge performance marketers who create and drive performance marketing excellence across Publicis Media agencies. We enable our agencies through standardization of processes and best practices, leveraging our tools and solutions and delivering performance marketing training and education.
Responsibilities
The Associate Director, Search Product Enablement is responsible for ongoing customer engagement, success and retention of our performance product suite with our Publicis performance marketing teams. You’ll be responsible for onboarding and engaging our Publicis performance marketing teams with our proprietary performance products. You will act as a resource for all performance products in our global suite and will assist agencies to launch and maximize utilization of the appropriate solution for their clients. You are a passionate, tech-savvy product expert who intricately understands our proprietary performance products and agency needs to harmonize and develop go-to-market strategies.
Role Objectives:
- Onboard agency teams to the product(s), ensuring teams are getting the most out of solutions and end users are satisfied.
- Lead office hours with customers at a reoccurring cadence, developing agendas and sending follow ups
- Drive post implementation account development with agency teams using Publicis proprietary performance product(s)
- Review and communicate performance insights and opportunities to customers
- Own and maintain accurate documentation of upcoming client launches by collaborating with the PMX Performance Sales team.
- Own intake, processing and internal PMX Performance communication of pre-sale assessments
- Set up competitive monitoring studies to support performance agency new business pitches.
- Collaborate with both product owners and agency performance teams utilizing the solutions.
- Provide regular feedback to product owners and manage feedback loops to continue the development of industry leading performance marketing products.
- Liaise with product support team via Jira to investigate bugs and product issues
- Support performance product content creation for learning and development training efforts, how-to documents, and other content.
- Support thought leadership pieces and POV’s on performance marketing products.
- Stay up to date on all industry performance marketing products and trends
- Own and maintain PMX Performance Enablement team shared operations trackers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- 4 - 7 years of experience in hands on Paid Search activation and optimization on Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Product Enablement/Customer Success, Performance Marketing Account Management, Product Onboarding, or Product Pre-Sales
- Experience in applying search to brand-building & direct response initiatives
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into concise, effective explanations
- Proven success in relationship building across teams and/or clients
- Customer trust building and retention through product support
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage own time
- Attention to detail

Compensation Range: $95,950- $150,995 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
