Responsible for leading APEX Brazil, ensuring the achievement of strategic business objectives. This includes optimizing profitability margins, operational efficiency, reducing costs through smart investment models, developing value-generating products for clients and the group, driving the adoption of APEX solutions across agencies and clients, and continuously transforming the operational and business model to maintain relevance and competitiveness in the market.

Must Have

Job Description

Responsible for leading APEX Brazil, ensuring the achievement of strategic business objectives, including:

  • Optimization and fulfillment of profitability margins and operational efficiency.
  • Cost reduction through smart investment models.
  • Development and evolution of products that generate value for clients and the group.
  • Driving the adoption of APEX solutions in agencies and clients.
  • Continuous transformation of the operational and business model to maintain relevance and competitiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic and consultative thinking: ability to identify opportunities, design business solutions, and align operations with the group's and agencies' objectives.
  • Mastery of the media ecosystem: deep knowledge of investment models, dynamics between agencies, clients, and partners, and how to generate efficiency and value through APEX.
  • Product development: ability to create, evolve, and position relevant solutions that drive adoption and generate commercial impact.
  • Business problem solving: agile and structured approach to dealing with operational, financial, and commercial challenges, articulating with local and global teams.
  • Team leadership and motivation: ability to inspire, develop talent, and build a high-performance, results-oriented culture.
  • Advanced English or Spanish.

Qualifications

1. Strategic Leadership and Team Culture

Define the team's strategic direction, motivate, and ensure alignment with group objectives.

Develop and maintain a culture of high performance, collaboration, and focus on results.

Restructure processes and teams when necessary to improve efficiency and adaptability.

Report progress and compliance to local, regional, and global leaders.

2. Commercial Management and Agency Relationship

Identify commercial, product, and value generation opportunities.

Accompany Business Leads in sales processes and follow up on opportunities.

Monitor the achievement of objectives with agency CEOs.

Disseminate and present APEX to internal and external clients.

Organize events to drive APEX adoption.

Work on continuous improvement of APEX's perception and positioning.

3. Relationship with Partners and Suppliers

Negotiate with strategic partners and monitor agreements.

Serve partners and support increased penetration.

Integrate and coordinate with internal partners such as Epsilon, GMS, and Influential.

Monitor contract signing, payments to suppliers, and registration management.

Control inventory acquired from key partners.

Participate in industry and partner events.
