Job Summary

Actively participate in the daily execution of planning, activation, post-analysis, and conciliation tasks of advertising campaigns in different media for high-profile clients. Support the Agency's operation efficiently, timely, organized, and error-free, proposing optimizations and collaborating with team training. Responsibilities include data analysis, creative strategy design, client interaction, media channel assessment, plan development, post-campaign analysis, and partner interaction.

Must Have

  • Actively participate in daily execution of planning, activation, post-analysis, and conciliation tasks of advertising campaigns.
  • Support the Agency's operation in an efficient, timely, organized, and error-free manner.
  • Analyze data, think creatively, and design innovative strategies for client marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, desires, and objectives.
  • Assess the impact and suitability of different media types for specific markets.
  • Develop various options for media plans based on client objectives.
  • Analyze the client's post-campaign results and recommend refinements.
  • Interact with internal and external partners to evaluate, implement, and maintain a media plan.
  • Collect and analyze information on different media channels.
  • Create or recommend specific media strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • C1 English Language Level.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Media/advertising, Finance Economic or Business related.
  • +3 years of experience in Paid Media.
  • Good understanding of planning campaigns across various mechanisms, channels, and buying models.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Articulation and negotiation skills.
  • Process orientation and the ability to define and set up processes.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Basic Google Campaign Manager proficiency.
  • Basic Data Studio proficiency.
  • Basic Media Tools proficiency.
  • Basic PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Basic Tardiis proficiency.

Overview

Actively participate in the daily execution of planning, activation, post-analysis, and conciliation tasks of advertising campaigns in different media for high-profile clients of the Agency.

Support the Agency's operation in an efficient, timely, organized, and error-free manner, thanks to the experience that also allows him to propose optimizations to the process of which he is a part and collaborate with the training of new team members.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing data, thinking creatively and designing innovative strategies to make sure client marketing campaigns reach their target audience in the most effective way possible.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs, desires, and objectives and then determine which media channels best fit specific campaigns.
  • Assessing the impact and suitability of different media types used to target specific markets based on their client's needs and goals.
  • Developing various options for media plans based on the client's objectives.
  • Analyzing the client's post-campaign results and recommending refinements.
  • Interacting with internal and external partners to evaluate, implement, and maintain a media plan.
  • Collecting and analyzing information on different media channels, such as newspapers, radio, magazines, television, films, Internet, outdoor posters and digital billboards.
  • Creating or recommending specific media strategies to attract and retain customers, increase the client's brand recognition, maintain, and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • C1 English Language Level
  • Bachelor's Degree in Media/advertising, Finance Economic or Business related.
  • +3 years of experience in Paid Media (Must).
