Job Summary
The Finance Analyst will support central functions in budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and financial modeling, ensuring alignment with strategic plans. This role involves providing detailed spend analysis, collaborating across businesses and regions for process consistency, and offering insights on financial queries. The analyst will perform financial modeling for decision-making and identify risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans with stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of corporate finance experience are required, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Must Have

Responsibilities:
- Support central functions in budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and financial modeling, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term strategic plan.
- Support in providing detailed spend analysis to business units and leaders, helping them understand key drivers of financial movements
- Collaborate across all businesses and regions to ensure consistency of FP&A processes with central requirements for your respective areas.
- Support the global FA’s on providing insights on the queries raised, on case-to-case basis.
- Perform financial modeling for central functions and provide insightful analysis for decision-making.
- Identify risks and opportunities and develop a mitigation plan collaborating with the relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CA, or ICWA qualifications are an advantage
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance or business partnership/analysis roles.
- Candidate should be detail-oriented and a thought leader with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to influence decisions and outcomes.
- Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work well on large and small cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to build relationships with team members, business leaders, and other internal functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; experience with Oracle/Hyperion, Salesforce, Tableau, or PowerBI is preferred.
