Job Summary
Morningstar India Pvt Ltd is seeking an Employee Technology Support Analyst to work within the Global IT Employee Experience team. This role involves providing comprehensive desktop and laptop support to over 4,000 employees in India and globally. The analyst will manage end-user devices, enhance OS performance, deploy standard applications, maintain IT asset inventory, and troubleshoot complex problems. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, independent, a strong team player, possesses excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, and can manage multiple demands.
Must Have

- At least three years’ employee / desktop support experience
- Manage end user devices (laptop, phone)
- Enhance Windows & Mac OS performance
- Maintain desktop & laptop to deploy OS & builds with standard applications
- Maintain Inventory of IT Assets
- Troubleshoot complex problems
Good to Have
- Windows 10 and Windows 11 Enterprise administration
- Active Directory 2019 administration
- Microsoft Office 2013/2016/ O365 administration
- Knowledge of HP & Dell desktops and laptops hardware and tools
- Microsoft Windows Deployment server methodologies
- Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot deployment
- Good understanding of networking concepts
- Knowledge of AWS Workspace, VDI
- Knowledge of Mac OS and Jamf Pro
- Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform for ticketing and Hardware Assets Management
- MS Azure Active Directory administration
- Microsoft Exchange 2010 /2016 administration and Office 365
- Symantec Endpoint / Cybereason administration
- Encryption tools like Dell, Windows bitlocker etc.
- Okta & RSA SecurID software tokens
- ServiceNow and Jira Service Desk ticket system
- Sailpoint Access Management

Job Description
Morningstar India Pvt Ltd is seeking an Employee Technology Support Analyst to work within the Global IT Employee Experience team.
You will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of desktop, laptop support to more than 4 K plus employees in our India office and plus globally.
Candidate should be trustworthy and able to work independently, managing their time and priorities. Additionally, he must be strong team player and contributor, who is able to work closely with other support team members.
As an employee support analyst, you should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent proven troubleshooting skills.
Candidate should also possess a highly proactive “can-do” attitude and be able to manage multiple demands and tight deadlines.
We would prefer applications from people who are qualified at least to an IT related degree level and who are ITIL Foundation V3 Certified. The role would ideally suit someone with at least three years’ employee / desktop support experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience of the following:
- Windows 10 and Windows 11 Enterprise administration
- Active Directory 2019 administration
- Microsoft Office 2013/2016/ O365 administration

Key Responsibilities
- End user device (laptop, phone) management and enhancing user experience.
- Windows & Mac OS performance and enhancing user experience.
- Maintain desktop & laptop to deploy OS & builds with standard applications.
- Maintain Inventory of IT Assets inline with company asset policy and procedures.
- Complex problem troubleshooting and share the findings with team members.
Experience in the following is preferred:
- Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot deployment.
- MS Azure Active Directory administration.
- Microsoft Exchange 2010 /2016 administration and Office 365
- Microsoft Windows Deployment Services
- Symantec Endpoint / Cybereason administration.
- Encryption tools like Dell, Windows bitlocker etc.
- Okta & RSA SecurID software tokens.
