Actively contribute to the strategic decision-making of the studio by providing reliable financial analyses, relevant reports, and informed recommendations. This role involves close collaboration with studio management, production teams, the Zone, and HQ, with the aim of optimizing financial performance and ensuring compliance with project and studio budgets. Responsibilities include strategic partnership & performance management, budget construction & continuous improvement.

Must Have

  • Be the privileged financial contact for MD, Zone, and HQ on budget, forecast, and consolidation topics
  • Support management and producers in financial project evaluation and strategic arbitration
  • Present financial results, analyses, and perspectives to management committees
  • Monitor and challenge project and studio performance, analyze deviations, identify risks, recommend corrective actions
  • Develop annual studio and project budgets, as well as monthly and quarterly forecasts
  • Build, consolidate, and analyze project P&Ls, ensuring reliability and consistency of financial data
  • Contribute to monitoring subsidies and tax credits
  • Produce, maintain, and ensure reliability of dashboards and KPIs for clear, fast, decision-oriented management
  • Guarantee the quality and usability of financial data (staffing, costs, actual vs. forecasts)
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and support financial planning initiatives
  • Degree from a business or engineering school
  • Significant experience in financial analysis, project controlling, accounting, and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal skills, rigor, organizational sense, and synthesis ability
  • Autonomous in project management, clear communication, persuasive
  • Curious, adaptable, proactive
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Comfortable with multidimensional data cubes (reporting tools, ERP, databases)
  • Fluent in English

This role involves close collaboration with studio management, production teams, the Zone, and HQ, with the aim of optimizing financial performance and ensuring compliance with project and studio budgets.

Responsibilities:

Strategic partnership & performance management

  • Be the privileged financial contact for the MD, the Zone, and HQ on budget, forecast, and consolidation topics.
  • Support Management and producers in the financial evaluation of projects and strategic arbitration.
  • Present financial results, analyses, and perspectives during management committees and other key instances (Townhall, Gate, CSE, etc.).
  • Monitor and challenge the performance of projects and the studio: analyze deviations, identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and ensure objectives are met.

Budget construction & continuous improvement

  • Develop the annual budgets for the studio and projects, as well as monthly and quarterly forecasts.
  • Build, consolidate, and analyze project P&Ls, ensuring the reliability and consistency of financial data.
  • Contribute to the monitoring of subsidies and tax credits, and participate in the preparation of associated declarations.
  • Produce, maintain, and ensure the reliability of dashboards and KPIs for clear, fast, decision-oriented management.
  • Guarantee the quality and usability of financial data (staffing, costs, actual vs. forecasts).
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and support initiatives related to financial planning.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a business or engineering school, with significant experience in financial analysis, project controlling, accounting, and reporting.
  • Recognized for your interpersonal skills, rigor, organizational sense, and ability to synthesize.
  • Autonomous in managing your projects, you communicate clearly and know how to convince your interlocutors.
  • Curious, adaptable, and proactive.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; comfortable with multidimensional data cubes (reporting tools, ERP, databases, etc.).
  • Team spirit, ability to unite, and strong interest in the video game industry appreciated.
  • Fluent in English is essential.
