Job Summary
Ubisoft IT is looking for a Resilience and Business Continuity Governance Analyst to join the Resilience team within the Security and Risk Management (SRM) department. The main mission of this team is to ensure Ubisoft's ability to effectively prepare for, respond to, and recover from crises and disruptions. As a Resilience Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening organizational preparedness through business continuity management, disaster recovery, and crisis management in collaboration with multiple stakeholders across our global sites.
Must Have
- Implement global disaster recovery, crisis preparedness, and business continuity plans.
- Assist stakeholders in documenting and maintaining all recovery and continuity plans.
- Review plans to ensure operational continuity and meet regulatory requirements.
- Participate in creating, reviewing, and deploying policies, standards, processes, and guidelines.
- Identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain security measures and executive reports.
- Oversee coordination of support, training, community management, and awareness.
- Contribute to specific security projects or initiatives.
- Previous experience in organizational resilience, business continuity, crisis preparedness, and disaster recovery.
- Strong auditing and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate, influence, and negotiate with all hierarchical levels.
- Aptitude to lead informative training sessions.
- Capacity to write clear and concise documents.

Ubisoft IT is looking for a Resilience and Business Continuity Governance Analyst to join the Resilience team, within the Security and Risk Management (SRM) department. The main mission of this team is to ensure Ubisoft's ability to prepare, respond, and effectively recover from crises and disruptions. As a Resilience Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening organizational preparedness through business continuity management, disaster recovery, and crisis management in collaboration with multiple stakeholders across our global sites.
Responsibilities
- Implement global disaster recovery, crisis preparedness, and business continuity plans and coordinate all local efforts towards a single global strategy.
- Assist stakeholders in documenting and maintaining all disaster recovery, crisis preparedness, and business continuity plans.
- Review all plans to ensure continuity of operations and meet regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the creation, review, and deployment of policies, standards, processes, and guidelines.
- Identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate them and bring them back to an acceptable level for management.
- Develop and maintain security measures and executive reports to communicate project risks and remediation activity status to management.
- Oversee the coordination of support, training, community management, and awareness, including tabletop exercises, micro-simulations, and training on software tools used by our team.
- Contribute to specific security projects or initiatives within the department, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in organizational resilience, particularly in coordinating business continuity, crisis preparedness, and disaster recovery plans.
- Strong auditing and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate, influence, and negotiate with all hierarchical levels, especially with stakeholders.
- Aptitude to lead informative training sessions.
- Ability to write clear and concise documents.
