Job Summary

As a Working Student in Finance Funding Projects at Infineon, you will support the billing of R&D funding projects with national and European project sponsors. You will be responsible for documenting and providing evidence for project sponsors and auditors, handle operational tasks in daily business, and assist with data analysis, documentation, and presentation creation. This role offers real projects and opportunities for development within a leading semiconductor company.

Must Have

  • Support billing of R&D funding projects with national and European project sponsors.
  • Independently ensure all relevant evidence for project sponsors and auditors is documented and provided.
  • Take on operational tasks in daily business and work on projects.
  • Support the team with data analyses, documentation, and presentation creation.
  • Currently studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, (Business) Informatics or similar.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Basic English language skills.
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Enrolled at a university and not yet completed all examinations or modules.
  • Availability for at least 6 months, maximum 20 hours per week during lecture period.
  • Live close to the place of employment for regular on-site presence.

Good to Have

  • Initial experience with SAP.
  • Motivated to expand knowledge in IT tools such as Tableau, KNIME or Excel-VBA.

Your Role

Main activities

  • Experience research: You support the billing of funding projects in the area of research and development (R&D) to national and European project sponsors.
  • Take responsibility: You independently ensure that all relevant evidence for project sponsors and auditors is carefully documented and provided.
  • Project management: You take on operational tasks in daily business and work on projects.
  • Data is everything: You support the team with data analyses and documentation as well as with the creation of presentations.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills that will help you succeed

  • Course of study: You are currently studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, (Business) Informatics or similar.
  • Skills: You have good Microsoft Office skills; especially Excel.
  • Experience: Initial experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn: You are motivated to expand your knowledge in IT tools such as Tableau, KNIME or Excel-VBA and to learn new skills in this area.
  • Language skills: You have basic English language skills and very good German language skills, both written and spoken.

Important information:

  • Part-time work: The focus is on your studies. Therefore, the working student activity is possible for a maximum of 20 hours per week during the lecture period.
  • Regularly enrolled students are very welcome: To work as a working student with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not yet have completed all examinations or modules of your studies. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months. Please note that you must not be on a sabbatical semester.
  • You should live close to the place of employment: For good cooperation, it is important to us that you can regularly come to the location to integrate into the team.
