Job Summary
As a Finance Data Analyst, you will go beyond traditional finance responsibilities. This highly technical position focuses on building dashboards, maintaining data analytics tools, and standardizing reporting templates for Mexico and Canada. You will combine financial acumen with programming and visualization skills to deliver actionable insights that drive commercial decisions and support the 2026 finance planning. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining dashboards, creating standardized presentation templates, partnering with Sales and Finance teams, managing large datasets, supporting commercial forecasts and annual budgets, collaborating with stakeholders, and improving analytics tools for reporting automation.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Analytics
- Strong technical skills in Power BI, DAX, SQL queries, and advanced Excel
- Experience working with large datasets and building dashboards
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
- Fluent in English (C1 level minimum)

- Background in data analytics or programming for business applications
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proactive, curious, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Role Purpose
As a Finance Data Analyst, you will go beyond traditional finance responsibilities. This position is highly technical, focused on building dashboards, maintaining data analytics tools, and standardizing reporting templates for Mexico and Canada. You will combine financial acumen with programming and visualization skills to deliver actionable insights that drive commercial decisions and support the 2026 finance planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualization tools using Power BI and related technologies.
- Create and standardize presentation templates for commercial reporting.
- Partner with Sales and Finance teams to provide data-driven insights for product planning and market performance.
- Manage large datasets, perform queries, and ensure data integrity for forecasting and KPI tracking.
- Support the preparation of commercial forecasts and the annual budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Assist in maintaining and improving analytics tools and programming scripts for reporting automation.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.

- Work Schedule: Monday mandatory on-site; flexible for other days.
- Office Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
