Job Summary
Maersk, a global leader in integrated logistics, is seeking an Operations Control Tower professional for their One Transport team. This role involves 24/7 monitoring and control of transport operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety regulations, and proactive communication with stakeholders. The position requires maintaining data accuracy, supporting incident investigations, and driving continuous improvement to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
Must Have
- Work in shift rotation (day, noon, night) to cover 24/7 Maersk Transport operations.
- 24/7 control of transport operations within Maersk Group to ensure adherence to transport orders.
- Proactively monitor and track all trucks/shipments using appropriate tools (Maersk Control Tower Dashboard, GPS, TMS, manual calls).
- Ensure all assigned trucks comply with SOP, health/safety regulations, and local laws.
- Cooperate with relevant parties to ensure all truck/shipment completions meet service quality.
- Immediately communicate non-compliance, irregularity, or service quality failures to stakeholders.
- Update and complete all operations reports in real-time for shipment visibility, billing, and performance.
- Maintain data accuracy in Maersk Transport Management System and other operational databases.
- Efficiently follow Business Contingency plan during unexpected incidents or crises.
- Reply to all correspondences timely as per guideline.
- Complete all orders in the transport management system on time.
- Support onsite case investigation and site/road surveys for safety assessment when required.
- Establish good relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Identify underperforming areas in transportation and suggest improvements.
- Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction across Maersk product offering.
- Willingness to go the extra mile for customers and focus on providing solutions.
- Actively seek out and act on continuous improvement opportunities.
- Work and be based in Chonburi (Laem Chabang area) and be able to travel domestically for onsite support.
Good to Have
- 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role within the Transportation industry or Freight Forwarder.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, supply chain, or a related field.

Key responsibilities
- In shift working (day shift, noon shift, and night shift rotation) to cover 24/7 Maersk Transport operations.
- 24/7 controlling transport operations within Maersk Group to ensure they are followed transport orders.
- Ensure that all truck/shipment are 100% proactively monitored and on track by using appropriate tracking tools which not limited to Maersk Control Tower Dashboard, GPS or Maersk transport management system but also manual phone calling to own fleet/vendor truck controller team or driver when required.
- Ensure that all assigned trucks are fully complied with SOP, health/safety regulations for both customer and internal Maersk SOP, as well as local law compliant.
- Cooperate with all relevant parties to ensure that all truck/shipment are completed and meeting Service quality since pick up until delivery.
- Proactively, immediately communicate to relevant stakeholder on non-compliance problem, irregularity, or any failures on service quality.
- Ensure that all operations reports are being updated and completed as real time status as purpose for shipment visibility, billing tracking, performance management.
- Maintain data accuracy in Maersk Transport Management System and any other operational database.
- Ensure that Business Contingency plan will be followed efficiently in any unexpected incident or crisis that may impact to daily transportations.
- Ensure all correspondences are replied timely as per guideline.
- Ensure that all orders in transport management system will be completed on time.
- When required, will be able to go out onsite to support case investigation, as well as site/road survey regarding with safety assessment.
- Establish good relationship with vendor and internal stakeholders.
- Identifies underperforming areas in transportation and suggests improvements or resolutions to problems.
- Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction across Maersk product offering (own customers).

- Working location in Chonburi (Laem Chabang area) and be able to travel domestically for onsite support.

We Are Looking For
- 1 -3 years of work experience in similar role of Transportation industry or Freight Forwarder.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, supply chain or related field.
- Fast learning and high problem-solving skill.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team.
- Energetic, dedicated for work, well-organized, and Self-Initiated
- Basic knowledge of the Transportation industry and related legal
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good process understanding & digital proficiency
- Ability to work long hour and in shift rotation(Day shift, noon shift and night shift).
- Ability to work and base in Chonburi Province (Laem Chabang area) is a must.

- Excellent MS office skills (Words, Excel, Power Point).
- Good command of writing & speaking English
