Job Summary
We are seeking a 2nd level Support Specialist to join our IT Department in Budapest. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening our Workplace Remote Support in Incident & Problem Management, providing technical support to our users, and ensuring seamless user experiences. You will proactively handle tickets, prioritize and troubleshoot issues, conduct follow-up analyses and documentation, and resolve complex problems. You will also collaborate with 3rd level support for continuous service improvement and assist with client and application rollouts.
Must Have
- Strengthen Workplace Remote Support in Incident & Problem Management
- Provide 2nd level technical support to users
- Ensure seamless user experiences
- Proactively handle, prioritize, and troubleshoot IT tickets
- Conduct follow-up analyses and documentation for issues
- Resolve complex problems, escalating to 3rd level support as needed
- Collaborate with 3rd level support for service improvement
- Assist with client and application rollouts
- Completed IT training (apprenticeship, university)
- Possess professional experience in IT support
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach
- Experience with Microsoft Windows & Office support
- Strong written and spoken English skills
Good to Have
- Experience with software distribution (e.g. SCCM)
- Experience in the field of remote support

We are seeking a 2nd level Support Specialist to join our IT Department in Budapest. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening our Workplace Remote Support in Incident & Problem Management, providing technical support to our users, and ensuring seamless user experiences.
In your new role you will:
- Handle tickets proactively, prioritizing and troubleshooting issues, and conducting follow-up analyses and documentation
- Resolve complex problems as a 2nd level support specialist, communicating with 3rd level support as needed
- Collaborate with 3rd level support to drive continuous service improvement
- Assist with the rollout of clients and applications in various customer environments
- Participate in an individual induction phase to prepare for your new responsibilities, with regular feedback discussions and systematic planning to support your long-term success
You are a customer-focused and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a dynamic environment and provide top-notch support to our users. You are adaptable, flexible, and willing to learn and grow, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a drive to achieve the best possible results.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Completed IT training (apprenticeship in IT, university, etc.) with professional experience
- Good communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, enthusiasm, and the ability to work in a team
- Experience with Microsoft Windows & Office support
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Experience with software distribution (e.g. SCCM)is an advantage
- Experience in the field of remote support is an advantage
