Internship - Business Scenario Planning

As an intern, you will be exposed to VRFC (Volume rolling forecast) process, MINMAX process, data collection, report creation, maintenance, and automation, along with other Business Scenario Planning projects. Key responsibilities include assisting in data preparation, consolidation, and validation for quarterly & monthly VRFC cycles, collecting and analyzing data from various systems to support planning and performance tracking, and creating, maintaining, and enhancing operational reports and dashboards.

Must Have

• Assist in data preparation, consolidation, and validation activities for quarterly & monthly VRFC cycles
• Collect and analyze data from various systems to support planning and performance tracking
• Create, maintain, and enhance operational reports and dashboards
• On track to attaining Bachelors degree in Business or any relevant field relating to data analytics / visualization

Good to Have

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
• Basic knowledge of Power BI / Python / VBA
• Ability to handle data with accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Assist in data preparation, consolidation, and validation activities for quarterly & monthly VRFC cycles
• Contribute to improve process workflow, templates, and reporting
• Collect and analyze data from various systems to support planning and performance tracking
• Create, maintain, and enhance operational reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with team members to document processes and propose improvements.

Internship Learning Outcomes:

• Hands-on experience with forecasting, data analytics, and business decision support
• Opportunities to learn automation tools (Power BI / Excel VBA / Python)
• Experience working cross‑functionally in a global, fast‑paced environment
• Understanding of supply chain and manufacturing planning concepts

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• On track to attaining Bachelors degree in Business or any relevant field relating to data analytics / visualization
• Training will be provided for the following skills, but it will be a plus to have the following skills:
