Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Contribute to Infineon’s digital marketing initiatives by coordinating, editing, and producing content that informs and inspires.

• Be creative: Support the creation of multimedia marketing assets such as videos, podcasts, and digital stories – from concept to post-production – including storyboards, scripts, and copywriting
• Reliable work: Finalize content for publication by selecting visuals, editing metadata, creating graphics, preparing transcripts, and adapting content for social media
• Teamwork is dreamwork: Collaborate closely with the content creation and campaign management teams to ensure brand-aligned and engaging results
• Experience project management: Assist in project coordination through report and presentation preparation, meeting scheduling, and action tracking
• Keep the overview: Maintain internal content calendars and ensure smooth alignment across teams and stakeholders

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You are a communicative and organized student who enjoys combining creativity with structure and wants to gain practical experience in digital communication and marketing.

• Study field: Currently studying Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field
• Experience: Initial experience in digital marketing, content production, or project coordination is a plus
• Skills: Strong writing and storytelling abilities; familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Express, Canva, or equivalent; basic understanding of content management systems (CMS), Strong ability to work with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and proficiency in prompting LLMs
• Way of working: Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Personality: Creative, collaborative, and curious to explore new trends in digital marketing
• Language skills: Very good English skills, both written and spoken;

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
• You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
