Senior / Staff Engineer Product Engineering

The Senior / Staff Engineer Product Engineering supports the entire product lifecycle from development to manufacturing, ensuring product quality, reliability, cost efficiency, and yield performance. This involves analyzing yield data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues, developing yield roadmaps and reports, and providing solutions for production WIP/Ramp dispositions and device part setup.

Must Have

• Analyze yield data from various sources to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve product issues.
• Develop and maintain yield roadmaps, dashboards, and reports.
• Provide solutions on Production WIP/Ramp dispositions and drive Device Part setup.
• Min. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• Min. 5-10 years of related product engineering experience in semiconductor industry.
• Expert with process technology on FEOL and BEOL and fab parametric test correlation with product yield.
• Expert on semiconductor product test/burn in flow, ATE test and characterization concepts.
• Proven ability to segregate yield detractor root causes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with industry-standard yield analysis tools, such as PDF Exensio, JMP.

Good to Have

• Knowledge and Experience with Memory products and their application.
• Good skills and experience with Python programming.
• Tableau feature development.

Senior / Staff Engineer Product Engineering is responsible for supporting the product lifecycle from development to manufacturing. This role ensures product quality, reliability, cost efficiency and yield performance through cross-functional collaboration with design, manufacturing, test, quality etc.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Analyze yield data from various sources, including wafer sort, final test, and reliability data, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as applications, process, reliability, test to narrow down root cause and solve product issues in terms of yield, stability and quality.
• Develop and maintain yield roadmap, dashboards, and reports to track yield performance and demonstrate resolutions to stakeholders.
• Focal sustaining resource to provide solutions on Production WIP/Ramp dispositions and drive Device Part set up

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Min. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• Min. 5-10 years of related product engineering experience in semiconductor industry.
• Expert with process technology on FEOL and BEOL and fab parametric test correlation with product yield.
• Expert on semiconductor product test/burn in flow, ATE test and characterization concepts.
• Proven ability to segregate yield detractor root causes by product design margin, fab excursion/ variation, test margin/ instability & operational inefficiency.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with industry-standard yield analysis tools, such as PDF Exensio, JMP
• Knowledge and Experience with Memory products and their application is preferred.
• Good skills and experience with Python programming, Tableau feature development is a plus
