As a Senior Manager Application and Product Marketing and Management, you will drive market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to shape product and go-to-market strategies for microcontroller-based inverter applications. You will develop marketing content, enable sales teams, and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and operations. Your role involves monitoring product performance, managing product lifecycles, and translating technical features into compelling customer value propositions to maximize business outcomes.
Must Have
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis.
- Engage directly with key customers and partners.
- Develop compelling marketing content and collateral.
- Enable global sales teams through training and support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and operations.
- Monitor product performance and market impact using KPIs.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Marketing.
- Proven track record in managing product lifecycles and go-to-market strategies.
- Expertise in cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, and supply chain.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset, adaptability, analytical, and strategic thinking.
- Skilled in translating technical features into customer value propositions.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and commercial negotiations.
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally SAP.
- Fluent in English.

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities for microcontroller-based inverter applications; translate insights into actionable product and go-to-market strategies
- Engage directly with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand technical requirements, and influence product roadmaps
- Develop compelling marketing content and collateral (e.g., product briefs, application notes, presentations, white papers) that clearly communicate value propositions and technical differentiators
- Enable global sales teams through training sessions, sales kits, and technical support materials to drive adoption and revenue growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment on product positioning, pricing, and launch plans for successful execution
- Monitor product performance and market impact using KPIs and analytics; prepare reports and recommendations to optimize strategies and maximize business outcomes

- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field and additional training in semiconductor technologies or automotive systems is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, highly preferably in microcontroller and proven track record in managing product lifecycles and go-to-market strategies
- Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, and supply chain teams, coupled with strong organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders, complemented by a customer-focused mindset, high adaptability, and strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Skilled in translating technical features into compelling customer value propositions, with a strong understanding of pricing strategies and experience in commercial negotiations
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally SAP or similar tools
- Fluent in English and German skills are an advantage
