Job Summary
This role involves comprehensive resource planning, monitoring, and control for Back End (BE) operations, including capacity, manpower, investment, and material. The Senior Engineer will lead product transfer and capacity ramp-up for Frame Power Module (FPM) and Final Test (FT) operations, driving capacity and resource improvements with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities also include data analysis using IE and Statistics tools for productivity enhancement. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial or Production Engineering, possess manufacturing experience, preferably in the electronic or semiconductor industry, and demonstrate advanced MS Office skills, good English communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Must Have

- Critical thinking and problem solving skill.
Good to Have
- Basic experience in Tableau, Power BI or Power Query.
