Job Summary
Mistplay is seeking a highly skilled Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Korea, Japan, and broader APAC markets. This role involves driving measurable user growth, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Creative, Product, Data, and Sales. The manager will play a strategic role in scaling Mistplay's user base and shaping its performance marketing strategy in key Asian markets.
Must Have
- Plan, manage, and optimize UA campaigns across major platforms.
- Analyze performance data and make data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Report campaign results and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Creative to develop and test high-performing assets.
- Manage relationships with ad networks, DSPs, and platform partners.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Creative, and Sales teams.
- Stay up to date on mobile UA trends, privacy changes, and new platform opportunities in APAC.
- 3-4+ years of hands-on mobile UA or performance marketing experience.
- Proven success managing multi-platform campaigns and meaningful budgets.
- Bilingual in English + Korean or Japanese (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).
- Experience with SDK networks, DSPs/SSPs, and major UA platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

In this role, you will drive measurable user growth, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and partner with a cross-functional team spanning Creative, Product, Data, and Sales. You will play a strategic role in scaling our user base while shaping our approach to performance marketing across key Asian markets.
Responsibilities:

- Analyze performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Report campaign results and insights to internal stakeholders.
