THE ROLE & WHY IT EXISTS

Gravitee is redefining the future of API, event-driven, and agentic communication, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help take that story to market. You will play a key role in developing differentiated messaging, driving high-impact product launches, and executing go-to-market strategies across our products.

This role goes beyond traditional product marketing execution. You will be one of Gravitee’s public voices for our platform, capable of representing the company on stage, in webinars, customer engagements, and internal enablement. You will shape how the US market understands Gravitee and ensure our teams can confidently tell the same story.

You will be a critical partner to product, sales, and marketing teams, translating complex platform and architectural concepts (e.g., API gateways, policy enforcement, cloud-native deployments, event streaming, agentic security) into crystal-clear stories that resonate with developers, architects, platform owners, and business stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear, differentiated, and compelling product positioning and messaging for our core API Management product that resonates with our target audiences.
  • Go-To-Market Leadership: Lead end-to-end GTMs across both enterprise and product-led motions for new capabilities, including narrative, launch tiers, content, sales enablement, and metrics. Partner with product and demand gen to drive launches that generate pipeline, adoption, and revenue.
  • Sales and Partner Enablement: Equip the global sales and partner organisations with the strategic tools, in-depth training, and content they need to win. Develop playbooks, battlecards, ROI calculators, and compelling presentations that articulate our value proposition effectively.
  • Be a trusted “go-to” expert for the sales team when complex positioning or competitive questions arise.
  • External speaking and Thought Leadership: Represent Gravitee at industry events, conferences, webinars, meetups, and customer events as a subject-matter expert.
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence: Continuously assess buyer research, analyst reports, and competitive activity to inform product and GTM strategy. Build artifacts and brief execs on market trends in APIM, cloud, and security/governance.
  • Content and Thought Leadership: Contribute to the product marketing content strategy, collaborating with marketing to produce high-impact assets such as whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and technical briefs that establish Gravitee as an industry leader in API management.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS - The right candidate will possess at least the following skills:

  • 6+ years in B2B tech product marketing, with a deep understanding of marketing to technical audiences.
  • Technical background and proven experience in APIs, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or related technologies. Comfortable engaging with product and engineering teams and understanding architectural concepts.
  • Solid understanding of modern API governance, authorisation, security, developer platforms, and deployment options (SaaS, hybrid, on-prem).
  • Demonstrated experience as a speaker or presenter, including customer-facing enablement, webinars, or industry events.
  • Hands-on ability to collaborate with SEs and PMs on technical demos, product walkthroughs, and competitive deep dives.
  • Skilled communicator who can create compelling narrative decks, webinars, and launch messaging.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator able to align product, engineering, sales, and marketing around shared outcomes.
