Overview
The Performance Media Manager is responsible for monitoring and maintaining media campaign development and activation across Display and Social channels. They will report to the Associate Director and oversee a team of media professionals in developing digital strategies and coordinating media plans for our client's products and/or services. They will work closely with the larger media, creative, and analytics teams to maintain quality control of campaigns and continually evaluate performance to exceed client goals. The ideal candidate requires proficiency in math, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, as well as creativity and an overall interest in and understanding of how consumers leverage digital media in the decision path.
Responsibilities
- Ensures all day to day activities and deadlines are being met by team
- Manages and develops Senior Analyst & Analyst
- Work closely with Senior Analyst and Analyst to establish priorities and manage team workload
- Ensures the quality of work for all client deliverables
- Coordinates client deliverables across inter-agency team
- Ensures that client relationships continue to be strengthened by quality of deliverables and client satisfaction with the work
- Maintains an in-depth knowledge of client business, from current and historical perspectives
- Able to demonstrate to clients how proposed media recommendations will provide value to client business
- Maintains strong relationships with publishing partners
- Monitor and maintain campaign budgets and pacing
- Monitor and maintain performance of active campaigns
- Oversee and propose optimization recommendations in partnership with Senior Analyst
- Pull and analyze data to inform campaign reporting and help to build insights
- Stay informed on industry trends and keep tabs on competitive landscape
- Learn all relevant tools for reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis
- Timely delivery of all work is required
Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive levels of responsibility in digital media planning, buying, and client management
- Experience working on retail or financial services brands is preferred, with acquisition-focused initiatives a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented
- Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Able to build and strengthen client relationships
- Demonstrates leadership and supervision skills

Compensation Range: $73,910.00 - $116,380.00 anual. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
