Job Summary
Arc is seeking a collaborative Associate Copywriter to craft compelling copy and concept statements for large alcohol brands. This role involves partnering with art directors and working under an Associate Creative Director. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, self-starter, and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple projects and brand voices in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include developing shopper marketing ideas, contributing to brainstorming, ensuring brand consistency, translating ideas into effective communication, and building strong team relationships.
Must Have
- Craft compelling shopper marketing ideas and persuasive copy for in-store and in-bar experiences.
- Contribute to brainstorming, idea development, and creative execution.
- Work with senior creative or project leads to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with brand standards.
- Translate ideas into effective copy concepts and communication.
- Develop strong relationships and trust with creative, account and strategy team members.
- Be receptive to feedback and be able to make updates on the fly.
- A degree or portfolio school diploma in English, journalism, communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience as an advertising or marketing copywriter or working internships that equate.
- Must have online portfolio or PDF representing campaign ideas or executions, strategic conceptual ideation, attention to detail and a variety in voice and writing style.
- A solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
- Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail and grammar.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle different writing demands.

Overview
We are looking for a collaborative Word Wiz with copywriting experience or a stellar portfolio with internship experience. The Associate Copywriter will partner with art directors and work under the direction of an Associate Creative Director to help craft compelling copy and concept statements. The ideal candidate is a quick learner and self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and feels comfortable contributing during group brainstorms. The Associate Copywriter will need to be detail oriented and highly driven to effectively juggle multiple projects and brand voices on several large alcohol brands, while having some fun on the best team in the biz along the way.
