They are seeking a User Acquisition Manager (f/m/d) to join their Growth Team in a hybrid model (3 days a week in the office). This role focuses on performance marketing in the gaming industry, offering hands-on experience in mobile advertising, campaign optimization, and data analysis within a dynamic environment.
Must Have
- Managing & Optimizing Ad Campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Analyzing Performance Data using key marketing metrics like CTR, CPA, CPI, CVR
- Conducting A/B Tests on creatives and targeting strategies
- Understanding budget allocation and contributing to planning discussions
- Collaborating with Creative Teams to provide feedback on ad creatives
- Staying informed about emerging advertising platforms, competitor activities, and market trends
- Good understanding of ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or TikTok Ads
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Analytical thinking to interpret campaign results and draw actionable insights
Good to Have
- Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust) or knowledge of attribution models
- Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques
- Interest in gaming and user acquisition

Are you passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn the ropes of performance marketing in the gaming industry? At , we’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager (f/m/d) to join our Growth Team and help us bring our games to players worldwide!
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mobile advertising, campaign optimization, and data analysis—all while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What will you be doing?
- Managing & Optimizing Ad Campaigns – support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads. Learn how to adjust bids, refine targeting, and rotate ad creatives to improve performance.
- Analyzing Performance Data – work with key marketing metrics like CTR, CPA, CPI, CVR, and spot trends that can improve campaign efficiency.
- A/B Testing – Conduct simple A/B tests on creatives and targeting strategies, learning how to interpret results and make data-driven decisions.
- Budget Awareness & Strategy – understand the basics of budget allocation across different campaigns and contribute to planning discussions.
- Collaboration with Creative Teams – work closely with designers and marketing teams to provide feedback on ad creatives and explore AI-assisted content production tools.
- Keeping Up with Industry Trends – stay informed about emerging advertising platforms, competitor activities, and market trends to help improve our strategy.
What are we looking for?
- Good understanding of ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or TikTok Ads.
- Data-driven mindset – comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Willingness to learn – no need to be an expert, but curiosity and a growth mindset are a must!
- Team player – able to collaborate effectively with creative teams, analysts, and other marketing specialists.
- Analytical thinking – ability to interpret campaign results and draw actionable insights.
- Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
