Java Developer

They are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join their team. This role involves maintaining and growing their portfolio of successful live games, developing new features, improving backend systems, and ensuring stable, high-quality player experiences using Java.

Must Have

• Implementing new functionalities in the game
• Maintaining and optimizing the app
• Technical support for game designers in designing new functionalities
• Collaborating with other developers and teams to deliver high-quality game features
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Java Developer
• Good knowledge of Java
• Good understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Knowledge of GIT version control system
• Experience in the development of scalable server applications

Good to Have

• Experience working with PlayFab services or other live ops / backend-as-a-service platforms
• Familiarity with game backend systems, event-driven architectures, and real-time player data handling
• Experience in Redis, PostgreSQL, Protocol Buffers, Jenkins, Maven, Python 3, and Netty
• Ability to work closely with game teams to design and implement backend features supporting new content, events, and player engagement systems

• Knowledge of GIT version control system;

• Familiarity with game backend systems, event-driven architectures, and real-time player data handling is a plus;
