With 77 million registered players and over 300 employees, they are continuously growing. They are seeking a talented Community Manager passionate about games and mobile gamers. This role involves diving into social media, creating exciting content, maintaining player interaction, analyzing performance, and shaping a globally launched game. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership and excel at inspiring player engagement.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in game dev community management

  • Knowledge of a foreign language other than English

Must Have:
  • Create and publish engaging community content (posts, images, videos, reels, stories)
  • Maintain constant interaction with players via social media profiles
  • Analyze content performance, draw conclusions, and adapt strategies
  • Build and execute social media strategy to foster good relationships
  • Respond to player feedback with empathy and professionalism
  • Plan and execute community-driven activations (challenges, contests, events)
  • Stay on top of the latest trends in social media and gaming communities
  • Distribute communications for keeping players up to date on changes and roadmap
  • Monitor information about game issues and suggestions from players and report them
  • Follow team schedule for releases and future plans
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Marketing departments
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in online community or social channel management (Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram, Discord)
  • Understanding of social media platforms
  • Ability to moderate and monitor discussions on social media platforms
  • Good sense of trends
  • Great communication skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to communicate with empathy and adapt tone
  • Ability to create own graphics with help of existing assets and AI

What is this job all about?

We're searching for a talented Community Manager with a passion for games and a knack handling mobile gamers – someone eager to dive into social media and create exciting content on various platforms.

If you dream of helping shape a globally launched game that's rapidly expanding and evolving, possess a strong sense of ownership, and excel at creating stunning posts which will inspire players to be more social, this is your chance to make a real impact!

What will you be doing?

  • Create and publish engaging community content (posts, images, videos, reels, stories) to inform and entertain players;
  • Maintain constant interaction with our players via our games' social media profiles, encouraging discussion and engagement to contribute towards the growth of the community;
  • Analyze content performance, draw conclusions, and adapt strategies to optimize results;
  • Build and execute social media strategy to build good relationships with community members;
  • Respond to player feedback with empathy and professionalism, helping transform insights and issues into actionable ideas for the development team;
  • Plan and execute community-driven activations – challenges, contests, or events that strengthen player engagement and loyalty;
  • Stay on top of the latest trends in social media and gaming communities, analyze them, and turn insights into actionable content ideas;
  • Distribute communications for keeping players up to date on changes, upcoming features, fixes, and the development roadmap;
  • Monitor information about game issues and suggestions from players and report them to the team;
  • Follow what is happening in the team – you need to know the schedule for releases, what we are currently working on and what is the plan for the future;
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Customer Support and Marketing.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in online community or social channel management - Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram, Discord;
  • Understanding of social media platforms listed above;
  • Ability to moderate and monitor discussions on social media platforms;
  • Good sense of trends – you naturally stay updated with new formats, meme culture, and popular themes;
  • Great communication skills;
  • Analytical mindset – ability to interpret community feedback, engagement data, and translate them into actionable improvements;
  • Ability to communicate with empathy and adapt tone based on player sentiment and context;
  • Ability to create your own graphics with help of already existing assets and AI;
  • Ownership mindset with can-do attitude;
  • Fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
