Freelance LAC Spanish-speaking Community Manager

1000heads is seeking a Freelance LAC Spanish-speaking Community Manager to join their London Community team virtually. This part-time, remote role involves working 1.5 days per month. The successful candidate will be responsible for social editorial planning, publishing, 1-2-1 community engagement, and developing influencer activations for a global alcohol industry client in the LAC market. They will also create social content strategies and editorial calendars, collaborating with design and ideation teams to stimulate and sustain audience conversations.

We are looking for a Freelance LAC Spanish-speaking Community Manager to join our London Community team virtually.

This is a per-time role, working 1.5 days per month, to begin with.

The Community team is a proud, powerful collective of Social Media obsessives, driven by the desire to deliver kick-ass editorial + social conversation to some of the world’s most impressive brands. You will work closely with a whole host of departmental specialists, from Insights, to Design, to Strategy to deliver transformational social-first work for our clients. From cultivating online conversation through quality-led moderation to crafting and activating the editorial vision for our clients - everything we do is delivered with a belief that fans of a brand brought together, as a community, can become an unstoppable force. To be part of the community team, you must be a social platform obsessive, a curious copywriter and a publishing platform junkie. Role

• This is a remote, freelance position for an experienced Community Manager. The role will be providing translation and content for the LAC market for our global alcohol industry - B2B client.
• You will lead the charge on global social channels with social editorial planning and publishing, 1-2-1 community engagement, and developing bold and exciting ways to activate influencers.
• You will plan and create social content strategies and editorial calendars, working directly with our Design team and Ideation team, to develop creative concepts and design briefs that deliver activations and social assets that take them on this journey.
• Stimulating and sustaining conversations and relationships with a brand’s audience.

Requirements

• An understanding of social media and its impact on brands
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in LAC Spanish and English
• An eye for creative content: both written and visual
• The ability to work under pressure whilst keeping an eye on the finer details
• Proficiency in using a wide variety of social platforms and tools
• Agency experience working with social media
• The ability to think:
