Must Have
- 3+ years of community management experience in the gaming industry
- At least 1 year focused on the Southeast Asian (SEA) market
- Native-level English proficiency
- Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills
- Deep familiarity with TikTok and other mainstream SEA community platforms
- Passion for games and extensive knowledge of the gaming industry
- Good cross-team and cross-cultural communication skills
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Mature mindset and strong stress resistance
- Excellent crisis public relations experience

Job Responsibilities
1. Develop, execute, and be responsible for the overall community strategy for corresponding products in the Southeast Asian market. Design differentiated community operation plans for the entire game lifecycle (pre-launch, initial launch, long-term operation).
2. Build, manage, and expand core community platforms in Southeast Asia, focusing on TikTok, Facebook, and other player strongholds, continuously enhancing brand voice and user scale.
3. Plan and publish high-quality game content that aligns with local culture (including announcements, FAQs, version update descriptions, tweets, memes, and short videos), accurately reaching and resonating with Southeast Asian players.
4. Deeply participate in community interaction, establish stable relationships with core players, KOLs, and content creators, fostering a positive, inclusive, and constructive community discussion atmosphere.
5. Act as a "player spokesperson", systematically collecting, analyzing, and integrating community feedback, user sentiment, and bugs. Produce concise and actionable reports to empower product, R&D, and marketing teams to optimize the gaming experience.
6. Monitor community dynamics in real-time, keenly capturing potential public opinion trends or crisis signals. Develop and execute emergency response plans, professionally and efficiently handling and resolving sensitive incidents.
7. Define, track, and review core community metrics (e.g., growth rate, engagement rate, reputation trends, retention rate), driving strategy optimization through data.
Job Requirements
1. 3+ years of community management experience in the gaming industry, with at least 1 year focused on the Southeast Asian (SEA) market.
2. Native-level English, with excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills. Deep understanding of Southeast Asian internet culture, popular memes, and player language systems is preferred.
3. Deep familiarity with the ecosystem, operational mechanisms, and growth strategies of TikTok and other mainstream Southeast Asian community platforms.
4. Passionate about games, with extensive knowledge of the gaming industry, and able to deeply understand the psychological characteristics and behavioral habits of Southeast Asian players.
5. Possess good cross-team and cross-cultural communication skills. Able to efficiently handle multiple priority tasks in a fast-paced environment. Mature mindset, strong stress resistance, and excellent crisis public relations experience.
