This role involves brand building, understanding anime/ACG fan communities, and designing tailored campaigns. The manager will integrate various marketing activities, including online advertising, social media, KOL/Vtuber collaborations, and community operations. Candidates need over 5 years of overseas gaming marketing experience, familiarity with social media platforms, strong project management, creative planning, and copywriting skills, and a deep passion for anime/ACG culture.
Must Have

- Prior experience leading full-cycle marketing campaigns for anime/ACG games from 0 to 1.

What the Role Entails
- Develop Marketing Strategies:
Participate in formulating the product’s global publishing strategy. Take full ownership of end-to-end marketing execution in the target regions—from initial market entry to post-launch operations—including product testing, pre-registration, launch, and version updates, with detailed planning and execution for each milestone.
- Brand Building & User Insights:
Build and enhance the product’s brand image. Deeply understand the core needs and cultural characteristics of anime/ACG fan communities in different regions. Support product positioning and brand strategy development, and design tailored marketing campaigns accordingly.
- Integrated Marketing Execution:
Integrate internal and external resources to plan and manage comprehensive marketing activities—including online advertising, social media, content marketing, KOL/Vtuber collaborations, offline landmark advertising, cross-brand partnerships, and community operations—while ensuring project progress and final outcomes meet expectations.
Who We Look For
- Over 5 years of overseas marketing experience in the gaming industry; prior experience leading full-cycle marketing campaigns for anime/ACG games from 0 to 1 is highly preferred.
- Familiar with the operating models of major social media platforms in target regions, with strong business connections to KOLs/Vtubers and media vendors.
- Strong project management, creative planning, and copywriting skills.
- Passionate about anime/ACG culture and games, with a deep understanding of the community.
