Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager for SEA will be responsible for developing attractive marketing plans for assigned products in Southeast Asia, covering paid media, creative content, online event operations, budget management, and digital marketing throughout the product lifecycle. This role acts as a headquarters liaison, collaborating closely with relevant teams, representing the SEA region, and informing local planning with global insights. The manager will oversee the implementation of specific brand promotion projects, working efficiently with internal teams such as product operations, R&D, business, PR, influencers, design, and community. Full project lifecycle management, including setting milestones and ensuring timely delivery, is also required, along with post-project review reports.
Must Have
- 5+ years of brand marketing experience
- Mature methodology in market operations and integrated marketing campaign execution
- Successful global marketing cases
- Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing omni-channel integrated marketing (digital, social media, paid media, KOL, advertising, offline events, content creation)
- Excellent communication, coordination, presentation, organizational planning, and copywriting skills
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels, key data metrics, and analytical tools
- Ability to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness based on data
- Excellent stress resistance and project management skills
- Ability to efficiently balance and handle priority needs of multiple stakeholders
- In-depth research on mobile, PC, and console games, especially open-world and casual genres
- Experience in multi-country GTM implementation in Southeast Asia
- Deep understanding of local gaming ecosystem, cultural environment, and market background
- Fluent in both Chinese and English

Job Responsibilities
1. Develop attractive Southeast Asia market promotion plans for the responsible product (paid media, creative content, online event operations, budget management, digital marketing) to support the product's entire lifecycle release.
2. As the liaison at headquarters, work closely with relevant teams on marketing, represent the Southeast Asia region, and gather global planning insights to inform local planning and execution.
3. Responsible for the management and implementation of various specific projects in brand promotion, collaborating efficiently with internal teams (including product operations, product R&D, business, PR, influencers, design, community, etc.).
4. Manage project progress throughout the entire cycle from initiation to completion, set and check milestones and timelines to ensure on-time delivery, and write summary review reports after project completion.
Job Requirements
1. 5+ years of brand marketing related experience, with mature methodology in market operations and integrated marketing campaign execution, and successful global marketing cases. Game industry experience is preferred.
2. Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing omni-channel integrated marketing, covering digital marketing, social media, paid media, KOL marketing, advertising, offline events, and content creation.
3. Excellent communication, coordination, presentation, organizational planning, and copywriting skills.
4. Deep understanding of marketing funnels, key data metrics, and analytical tools, capable of continuously optimizing marketing effectiveness based on data.
5. Excellent stress resistance and project management skills, able to efficiently balance and handle priority needs of multiple stakeholders.
6. Senior gamer, with in-depth research on mobile, PC, and console games, especially open-world and casual genres.
7. Experience in multi-country GTM implementation in Southeast Asia, with a deep understanding of the local gaming ecosystem, cultural environment, and market background.
Language skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English, preferred as working language.
