Job Description

As Head of Product at Ten Square Games, you will define and guide the vision for a game from its initial concept through launch and beyond. You will leverage player insights and data to develop engaging features that ensure player retention. Collaborating closely with production, design, and marketing teams, you will significantly impact the success of your title and contribute to the future growth of TSG, focusing on delivering excellent outdoor mobile gaming experiences.
Must Have:
  • Support game development from concept to launch.
  • Define product strategy and priorities.
  • Utilize data science and analytics for product decisions.
  • Prioritize features and manage product backlog.
  • Oversee development with Producers and Project Managers.
  • Drive best practices in live game operations.
  • Lead initiatives for user engagement and monetization.
  • Align design processes with project management and commercial goals.

  • Stay updated with industry trends.
  • Champion user experience.
  • Contribute to TSG’s long-term vision.
  • Minimum 5 years in mobile game product management/ownership.
  • Proven track record using data for product decisions and KPI improvement.
  • Strong analytical mindset for data interpretation and insights.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, cohort analysis, data-driven experimentation.
  • Ability to define and track core product KPIs.
  • Ability to create and maintain data-informed product roadmaps.
  • Understanding user funnels, monetization models, and lifecycle metrics.
  • Strong decision-making based on ROI and business impact.
  • Clear and structured communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Proactive and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent English is required.

What is this job all about?

As Head of Product, you’ll have the chance to shape a game from the very first idea through launch and beyond, setting the vision and guiding the team every step of the way. You’ll turn player insights and data into features that truly engage, delight, and keep players coming back. Working side by side with production, design, and marketing, you’ll make a real impact — not only on the success of your title but also on the future of TSG.

What will you be doing?

  • Support all stages of game development - from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Define the product strategy, set priorities, and shape direction.
  • Use data science and analytics to inform product decisions and better understand player behavior.
  • Prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and oversee development in close collaboration with Producers and Project Managers.
  • Drive best practices in live game operations across all live titles.
  • Lead initiatives to maximize user engagement and monetization.
  • Partner with production teams to align design processes with project management and resource allocation, keeping commercial goals in focus.
  • Collaborate with marketing to boost engagement, player sentiment, and growth.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to continually refine product strategy.
  • Champion user experience to ensure TSG’s games engage and delight players.
  • Act as a key member of the product leadership team, contributing to the long-term success and vision of TSG’s games.

What are we looking for?

  • Min. 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership in mobile games.
  • Proven track record of working with data to guide product decisions and improve KPI.
  • Strong analytical mindset – ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and data-driven experimentation.
  • Ability to define and track core product KPIs (e.g. retention, ARPU, DAU/MAU, LTV, conversion rates).
  • Ability to create and maintain a data-informed product roadmap.
  • Understanding of user funnels, monetization models, and lifecycle metrics.
  • Strong decision-making skills based on ROI and business impact.
  • Clear and structured communication — able to explain data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Fluent English.
