Job Summary

Responsible for the overall sales KPI of the company's chip category, leading market analysis, formulating annual, quarterly, and monthly sales strategic plans and target systems. Develop customer tiered operation strategies, integrate cross-departmental resources to provide customized solutions, and support the overall domestic chip business development. Establish a standardized customer complaint handling and demand feedback system to continuously improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Regularly collect chip industry dynamics and competitor information, and analyze market data to provide decision support.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy Coordination: Fully responsible for the company's chip category's overall sales KPI, leading the comprehensive analysis of the chip market, formulating annual, quarterly, and monthly sales strategic plans and target systems, and timely optimizing and adjusting strategies to ensure the achievement of overall sales targets.

2. Customer Development and Core Customer Ecosystem Maintenance: Formulate customer tiered operation strategies, lead cross-departmental resource integration, provide customized solutions for different types of customers, and fully support the overall domestic chip business development; establish a standardized customer complaint handling and demand feedback system, promote closed-loop problem resolution, and continuously improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

3. Market Information Collection and Analysis: Regularly collect chip industry dynamics and competitor information, organize market data, and form monthly/quarterly sales analysis reports to provide data support for decision-making.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in electronic information, marketing, or related majors.

2. 3+ years of sales or supply chain experience, with overall coordination ability, familiarity with chip products is preferred.

3. Familiar with chip knowledge, master sales skills, possess data analysis, communication and coordination, market development, and team management abilities.
