Job Summary

The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for establishing procurement systems and processes, developing and executing procurement and stocking plans, and managing supplier relationships. Key duties include negotiating with suppliers, analyzing costs, monitoring contract execution, and handling financial reconciliation. The role requires strong problem-solving, negotiation, and teamwork skills, along with a commitment to integrity and meticulous work. Candidates should have over 6 years of procurement experience and a college degree or above in procurement or logistics management.

Must Have

  • Establish procurement system and process construction.

  • Conduct supplier negotiations and competitive cost analysis.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the system construction, process, and system construction of procurement work;

2. According to the commodity demand plan of planned sales operations, formulate corresponding procurement plans and stocking plans, organize implementation, and supervise execution;

3. Responsible for supplier negotiation, competitive analysis of procurement costs, industry cost research and analysis, and improving cost reduction and control solutions;

4. Responsible for submitting monthly and quarterly procurement work reports;

5. Responsible for supplier development and management according to the supply chain management plan;

6. Responsible for the organization and management of material certification;

7. Responsible for the signing of supplier contracts and other documents, including negotiation of contract legal terms, prices, payment terms, etc.;

8. Responsible for monitoring contract execution and delivery acceptance, and being able to handle abnormal problems;

9. Responsible for reconciliation with suppliers, account management, and follow-up on payment matters; ensuring accurate accounts and invoices without discrepancies;

10. Responsible for the document management of the procurement department;

11. Responsible for formulating the department's budget and managing budget execution;

12. Complete other tasks arranged by superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess good learning ability and independent problem-solving ability, able to withstand certain work pressure;

2. Honest and fair, diligent, strong sense of responsibility, able to handle complex tasks meticulously;

3. College degree (inclusive) or above, related majors such as procurement management, logistics management;

4. Over 6 years of procurement work experience;

5. Training in ISO9000 quality system, CPSM, CPM, procurement management, supplier management, logistics management, business negotiation is preferred;

6. Possess strong supplier development and negotiation skills;

7. Possess good professional quality, able to work stably in the position for a long time, and excellent teamwork.
