Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will lead complex business integrations from start to finish, leveraging extensive project management skills to drive internal and external project teams. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, coordinating resources and managing stakeholder relationships. This role involves developing detailed project plans, managing risks, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for technical integrations within customer Windows environments and Varonis projects across various industries.

Must Have

• Project management of technical integrations with customer’s windows environments and Varonis projects.
• Prioritizing project tasks and communicating transparently.
• Driving project teams to meet tight deadlines.
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Developing detailed project plans to track progress.
• Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes.
• Measuring project performance.
• Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
• Managing client and stakeholder relationships.
• Performing risk management.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Record of accomplishment of delivering successful technology integration projects, especially in Fortune 500 enterprises.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management within the Information Technology field.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter.
• Understanding of Internet technology.

As a Project Manager, this individual will guide complex business integrations from start to finish. The projects are designed by transparent project plans, concise technical designs, and constant communication with the entire project team and customer.

Responsibilities

• Project management of technical integrations with our customer’s windows environments and designated Varonis projects covering a broad set of industries.
• Prioritizing project tasks, communicating transparently internally and externally, and driving project teams to meet tight deadlines.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Some travel may be necessary.

Requirements

Understanding of Internet technology as it relates to:

• Record of accomplishment of delivering successful technology integration projects, especially in Fortune 500 enterprises.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management working within the Information Technology field.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter
