Must Have
- Design and implement scalable channel marketing programs.
- Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) programs.
- Develop co-branded campaign kits and assets.
- Manage SPIFF incentive programs.
- Create partner toolkits, training materials, and resources.
- Manage partner-facing communications.
- Track program performance and analyze data.
- Work closely with channel sales, field marketing, product marketing, and operations teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner programs, or B2B marketing.
- Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and partner business models.
- Good communication (written and verbal), reporting, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment.
- Experience managing MDF programs, SPIFF incentives, and partner portals.
- Data-driven mindset with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Cybersecurity industry experience.
- Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities, disciplines, and tactics, including field marketing, digital marketing, and industry events.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Marketing Program Manager to join our team.
The Channel Marketing Program Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing programs that drive partner engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue through the channel ecosystem. This role collaborates closely with channel partners, sales teams, field marketing, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns, enablement resources, and co-marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development & Execution
- Design and implement scalable channel marketing programs to support partner-initiated business growth.
- Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) programs, ensuring compliance and ROI tracking.
- Develop co-branded campaign kits and assets to drive joint demand generation.
- Channel SPIFF Program Management
- Manage SPIFF incentive program to drive partner sales performance.
- Monitor program participation, validate claims, and ensure timely payouts.
- Analyze SPIFF program effectiveness and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
- Partner Engagement & Enablement
- Create partner toolkits, training materials, and resources to enhance partner marketing capabilities.
- Manage partner-facing communications (newsletters, webinars, etc.)
- Responsible for partner enablement events activities, collaborating closely with channel sales and field marketing for execution
- Collaborate with partner account managers to identify marketing opportunities and support partner success.
- Campaign Management & Analytics
- Track program performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with channel sales, field marketing, product marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications.
- A proven track record of success in a partner marketing role within an ISV and/or CSP is required. Cybersecurity industry experience is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner programs, or B2B marketing.
- Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and partner business models.
- Good communication (written and verbal), reporting, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment to drive outcome-based plans, programs, and execution
- Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities, disciplines, and tactics, including field marketing, digital marketing, and industry events
- Demonstrated pipeline impact of partnerships and programs
- Highly motivated, self-starter that can build and launch programs and communications within budget and effectively manage multiple timelines
- Data-driven mindset with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, utilizing key performance indicators to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Experience managing MDF programs, SPIFF incentives, and partner portals.
- Knowledge of digital & field marketing tactics and partner enablement best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
