As an Enterprise Project Manager at Verafin, a Nasdaq company, you will lead customer implementations of financial crime management solutions. Must Have

  • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout implementation projects, managing expectations and ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, managing timelines, milestones, scope, and deliverables to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Identify project risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical and operational teams to align on objectives and maintain project momentum.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to both customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to manage and exceed customer expectations in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and operational teams at all levels.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and documentation best practices.

Good to Have

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based software implementations.

Job Description

As an Enterprise Project Manager reporting to a Project Management Director, you'll play a critical role in driving successful customer implementations of our financial crime management solutions and ensuring exceptional client experiences throughout the project lifecycle.

This position can be located in St. John’s or Toronto, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
