CITECH is recruiting an Outsourcing Manager (H/F) for an international industrial company in the pharmaceutical sector, known for its research, development, and production activities. The role involves implementing and ensuring compliance with internal processes related to subcontracting, from needs expression to contract finalization and service closure, supporting project teams. The manager will also oversee contractual management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Must Have

• Responsible for implementing and adhering to internal processes (purchasing, legal, compliance, risk management) related to subcontracting activities.
• Intervenes from needs expression to contract finalization and service closure, supporting project teams.
• Gather, formalize, and plan subcontracting needs.
• Ensure administrative and documentary compliance of processes.
• Manage the entire contractual process.
• Scientific background with a minimum Bac+2 in chemistry.
• Professional English required (written and oral).

An international industrial company in the pharmaceutical sector, recognized for its research, development, and production activities, the organization relies on expert teams and demanding processes to guarantee quality, regulatory compliance, and operational performance.

The position is within an R&D department with a strong chemical and analytical component, interacting with numerous internal and external partners.

Main Mission

The Outsourcing Manager is responsible for the implementation and adherence to internal processes (purchasing, legal, compliance, risk management) related to subcontracting activities.

He/she intervenes from the expression of need to the contractualization and closure of services, in support of project teams.

Responsibilities and Activities

🔹 Subcontracting Management

• Collect, formalize, and plan subcontracting needs.
• Ensure that requests are directed to the appropriate processes.
• Organize and lead kick-off meetings with internal stakeholders.
• Participate, in conjunction with requesters and relevant functions, in:
• the formalization of quotation requests and calls for tenders.
• the analysis, evaluation, and clarification of offers.
• Manage contractualization with selected service providers.
• Guarantee the administrative and documentary compliance of processes.
• Ensure the qualitative monitoring of subcontracted services.
• Provide operational support on subcontracting topics (confidentiality agreements, material transfers, expert contracts).

🔹 Contractual Management

• Manage the entire contractual process.
• Monitor the formalization, signing, and registration of contracts in dedicated tools.
• Generate and monitor orders associated with contracts.
• Contribute to contractual monitoring and the identification of any discrepancies or shortcomings.
• Support teams in the management and steering of ongoing contracts.

🔹 Continuous Improvement

• Participate in the optimization and continuous improvement of subcontracting and contractual management processes.
• Be proactive in proposing improvements to existing practices and tools.

Qualifications

🎓 Education & Knowledge

• Scientific background with a minimum Bac+2 in chemistry.
• Good understanding of R&D environments.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
