Les 110 de Taillevent, a member of Groupe Gardinier, is an exceptional restaurant in the Golden Triangle, renowned for its unique selection of 110 wines by the glass, each paired with four thoughtful food suggestions. The cuisine, inspired by traditional bourgeois cooking, evolves seasonally to perfectly complement the wine pairings. The restaurant's cellar boasts over 2,000 references, reflecting the excellence of its parent house, Le Taillevent. The Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for assisting with ingredient preparation (peeling, cutting, weighing), ensuring kitchen cleanliness, receiving and storing food products, and collaborating with the kitchen team to prepare and plate dishes efficiently.
Must Have
- Assist in setting up ingredients, utensils, and equipment for recipes.
- Participate in preparing ingredients by peeling, cutting, slicing, chopping, and weighing food according to instructions.
- Prepare sauces, marinades, vinaigrettes, or other basic elements.
- Ensure the kitchen and equipment are clean and in good working order.
- Clean and maintain work stations according to rules set by the Sous-Chef and Management.
- Receive, store, and label food products; manage stock and report supply needs.
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members for efficient service.
- Assist Chefs de partie in dish preparation.
- Plate dishes.
- Culinary training (CAP/BEP Cuisine, BTS Hôtellerie-Restauration, Bac Professionnel Restauration / Bac Technologique Hôtellerie).
- Motivated, eager to learn and progress.
- Team spirit, attention to detail, organized, meticulous.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- First experience in a high-end restaurant.

Job Description
Your key missions:
- Assist in setting up the necessary ingredients, utensils, and equipment for various recipes.
- Participate in ingredient preparation by peeling, cutting, slicing, chopping, and weighing food according to given instructions. You may be responsible for preparing sauces, marinades, vinaigrettes, or other basic elements.
- Ensure that the kitchen and kitchen equipment are kept clean and in good working order.
- Ensure the cleaning and cleanliness of workstations according to the rules imposed by the Sous-Chef de Cuisine and Management.
- Receive, store, and label food products. Ensure that stocks are properly managed and report supply needs to the Sous-Chef de Cuisine.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient service.
- Assist the Chefs de partie in preparing dishes.
- Plate dishes.
Qualifications
The Profile we are looking for:
- Culinary training such as CAP/BEP Cuisine, BTS Hôtellerie-Restauration, Professional Baccalaureate in Restaurant / Technological Baccalaureate in Hotel Management.
- Motivated person with a strong desire to learn and progress.
- Team spirit, particular attention to detail, organized and meticulous.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- First experience in a high-end restaurant.
