The role
Apprentice – Support and Data Management

As an apprentice, you will support key tasks in the client project, which includes help desk, on-site management, access management, and report generation.
You will work directly with a coordinator, providing support in information analysis, report generation, and case tracking in client tools. This position offers a one-month learning curve and the possibility of extension up to 6 months.
What you will do
- Analyze data in Excel (including macro usage) and prepare monthly reports.
- Review cases and statuses in the client's ITSM tool, ensuring accuracy.
- Enter information into Power BI and follow up on calls and specific activities.
- Support in managing claims and reviewing client complaints.
- Collaborate on administrative and operational tasks to ensure compliance and quality.
