Job Summary

Gameforge is a leading publisher of Free-to-Play online games based in Karlsruhe, Germany. As a team of gamers, we manage and monitor most of our MMO games like Metin2 and AION, support players, and relay their feedback to our internal game teams. As an experienced Customer Support Representative, you will assist players with all game-related issues, from lost items to technical troubleshooting, and monitor our games to ensure fair play.

Must Have

  • Process player inquiries in our internal support system
  • Monitor our game worlds and analyze suspicious behavior
  • Analyze user data to ensure players have the best possible experience
  • Actively help shape internal processes and formulate new solutions
  • Document bug reports and forward them to relevant departments
  • Directly interact with customers via live support
  • Experience in customer interaction, ideally in online games
  • Native-level German language skills (C2) in spoken and written word and excellent written communication skills
  • Turkish language skills in spoken and written word
  • Strong analytical skills to recognize anomalies and patterns
  • Ability to handle and analyze extensive data in Excel or databases
  • Passion for online games and understanding of gamer behavior
  • Ability to share information and explain it in detail
  • Ability to handle complex tasks calmly

We are one of the leading publishers of Free-to-Play online games based in Karlsruhe.

As a team of gamers, we manage and monitor most of our MMO games, such as Metin2 and AION, support players, and pass their feedback on to our internal game teams.

As an experienced Customer Support Representative*, you will support our players with all game-related problems, from lost items to technical troubleshooting. You are also responsible for monitoring our games and ensuring that everyone plays fairly.

Your Mission

  • You process player inquiries in our internal support system
  • You monitor our game worlds and analyze suspicious behavior

  • You are in direct contact with our customers via live support

Your Skillset

  • You have experience dealing with customers, ideally in the online games sector
  • You have native-level German language skills (C2) in spoken and written word and possess excellent written communication skills
  • You have Turkish language skills in spoken and written word
  • You have strong analytical skills that allow you to recognize anomalies and patterns
  • You can also handle and analyze extensive data in Excel or databases
  • You are passionate about online games and know how gamers tick
  • You enjoy sharing information with others and find it easy to explain it in detail
  • You know how to handle more complex tasks and remain calm
