What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Contact third parties abroad by telephone and/or e-mail in order to verify their payment information.
- Manage incoming calls and emails
- Treat all data with extreme confidentiality
- Meet and exceed contractual goals
Your qualifications
