Must Have

- Basic understanding on China indoor air-quality regulation and construction related compliance requirement
- Bachelor's degree on a related field
Job Description
Note: This role requires regular onsite presence to fulfill essential job responsibilities, which include project management on multiple projects such as lab modification and space projects. Performs audits to assure process and safety compliance. Assist the senior PM on project filing, data management and project coordination among multiple trades. Be able to provide coverage support on holidays and weekends (per real needs).
This is a 1-year fixed-term contract position.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' construction management experience at MNC
- Technical knowledge of project management software and tools to assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project tasks and milestones, Microsoft project, AutoCAD, BIM360 system, etc.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, suppliers and stakeholders; timely communication to all parties about project progress, challenges, etc.
- Attention to detail to closely monitor project progression and identify any violation or deviations from the safety guideline, set plan or project quality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on the urgency and importance to the project.
- Basic understanding on project financial concepts to assist in budget planning and cost control and basic understanding on China indoor air-quality regulation and construction related compliance reuqirement
- Bachelor's degree on a related field
