Responsible for leading field work activities, ensuring operational standards and quality of collected information. This role involves administering field resources, including performance evaluation, professional development, expense control, supply management, and interviews. The supervisor will lead a team of 20 people in Aguascalientes, managing day-to-day operations, performance, coaching, and career paths.

Must Have

  • Lead field work activities and ensure operational standards
  • Guarantee quality of collected information
  • Administer field resources (performance, development, expenses, supplies, interviews)
  • Provide daily support and follow-up on auditors' activities
  • Review, adjust, and approve auditors' work plans and take necessary actions
  • Monitor internal operational indicators and action plans
  • Perform in-person verification/supervision of operational panel/auditor
  • Ensure compliance with field methodology and information quality
  • Recruit and maintain households for the operational panel
  • Communicate and follow up on issues impacting operational/administrative processes
  • Responsible for auditor training
  • Intermediate or Higher Education (university degree)
  • Basic-Intermediate English
  • 3+ years of experience supervising field teams
  • Travel availability and field work

About the job:

Responsible for leading field work activities, seeking to comply with operational standards and guaranteeing the quality of collected information. Responsible for the administration of field resources: performance evaluation, professional development, expense control, supply management, interviews, among others.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily support and follow-up regarding auditors' activities (operational and administrative).
  • Responsible for reviewing, adjusting, and approving the auditors' work plan and consequently taking the necessary actions for its fulfillment (reassignments).
  • Monitoring of internal operational indicators and action plans for achieving objectives.
  • Perform verification/supervision of the operational panel/auditor in person.
  • Compliance with field methodology and guaranteeing the quality of collected information.
  • Recruitment and maintenance of households that make up the operational panel.
  • Communicate and follow up on any problem that may impact/affect operational and administrative processes for their solution.
  • Responsible for auditor training.
