Job Summary

This role provides administrative support to the security department, including maintaining and managing security files and reports, assisting in the implementation of security policies, and auditing security documents. Responsibilities also involve supporting security case investigations, handling access control system requests, managing service level agreements, and monitoring KPIs and complaints related to security services.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the security department with the coordinator.
  • Maintain and manage organized security files, all reports from all sites, which are documents generated by the security provider company.
  • Provide administrative support in the implementation of security and protection policies.
  • Audit all security documents.
  • Support in the investigation of security cases.
  • Attend to access control system requests and identity printing.
  • Report and manage all news related to the service level agreements included in the Security contract.
  • Monitor KPIs included in the security service with the coordinator.
  • Monitor complaints related to the security service with the coordinator.

Requirements:

  • Eligible audience: Customer service agents, compliance assistants, and Staff from Curitiba.
  • Subject to salary analysis.
  • Must have been in the current role for at least 6 months;
  • No disciplinary action in the last 6 months and during the selection process;
  • Not currently in PIP/PSP;
  • Annual performance score 2024 of at least 3;
  • Not on vacation during the process and between the months of July and September, and no medical leaves during the process;
  • Candidate's ABS up to 4% in the last 3 months.
  • Higher education in Administration or related fields (ongoing or completed);
  • Intermediate Excel.
  • English and Spanish (Differentiator).

Additional Information:

  • 5x2 schedule from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48.
  • Modality: On-site.
