Job Summary

As a Virtual Renewals Specialist in Oeiras, Portugal, you will identify and contact partners to manage current services and software renewal contracts. Your role involves engaging with customers, creating proposals, managing renewal timelines, and mitigating risks. You will track opportunities using Salesforce and internal CRM platforms, update details biweekly, and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts. Collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and customers is key to maximizing renewal rates and recurring revenue.

Must Have

  • Identify and contact partners for service and software renewal contracts
  • Engage with customers, create proposals, manage renewal timelines, mitigate risks
  • Track and manage renewal opportunities using Salesforce and internal CRM
  • Update opportunity details biweekly (notes, deal amount, book date, attrition risk)
  • Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts based on partner/customer updates
  • Ensure timely contract renewals by coordinating with partners and distributors
  • Track and confirm bookings allocation, tag deals, and close opportunities in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers to maximize renewal rates
  • Hold a university degree (mandatory)
  • Highly proficient in Turkish (C1) and fluent in English
  • Experience in renewals or sales of services/software agreements
  • Skilled in tracking and managing large volumes of renewals/sales opportunities
  • Track record of submitting accurate sales forecasts
  • Experience managing customer inventory, contracts, or agreements
  • Proficient with Salesforce CRM and other database tracking tools
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
  • Familiar with internal communication platforms such as Teams and Webex
  • Proven expertise in renewals sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

What you will do in this role

As a Virtual Renewals Specialist, you will:

  • Identify and contact partners holding current services and software renewal contracts to ensure engagement with customers, proposal creation, renewal timeline management, and mitigation of renewal risk.
  • Interact with customers regarding upcoming renewals to address concerns, provide install base information, and review proposals.
  • Track and manage all renewal opportunities due within 90 days using Salesforce and internal CRM platforms.
  • Update opportunity details (notes, expected deal amount, expected book date, and attrition risk) at least biweekly.
  • Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts based on updates from partners and customers regarding deal timelines and purchase order processes.
  • Ensure timely contract renewals by engaging with partners and coordinating with distributors to move renewals through commerce platform.
  • Track and confirm bookings allocation, tagging deals appropriately in internal tools, and closing opportunities in Salesforce upon confirmation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers to maximize renewal rates and recurring revenue

Your qualifications

  • Hold a university degree (mandatory).
  • Are highly proficient in Turkish, both written and verbal (C1) and fluent in English
  • Have experience in renewals or sales of services and/or software agreements.
  • Are skilled in tracking and managing large volumes of renewals or sales opportunities.
  • Have a track record of submitting accurate weekly, monthly, or quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Have experience managing customer inventory, contracts, or agreements.
  • Are proficient with Salesforce CRM and other database tracking tools.
  • Have strong expertise in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
  • Are familiar with internal communication platforms such as Teams and Webex.
  • Have experience using tools such as : MBR, CCWR, SFDC – a plus.
  • Bring proven expertise in renewals sales, with a successful history of driving contract renewals and maximizing recurring revenue.
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, especially when it comes to renewals and sales settings.
