Job Summary
Playtika is seeking a highly experienced Financial Systems Project Manager to lead the enhancement of their financial systems and drive innovative initiatives. This role serves as the primary focal point between the FP&A team and technological departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment of financial systems with business objectives. Key responsibilities include leading financial system projects, administering the EPM Planning system, designing Power BI dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements within FP&A.
Must Have
- Lead financial system projects, monitor progress and provide innovative solutions to potential challenges.
- Serve as the system administrator for the EPM Planning system, overseeing the design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of financial models.
- Design with FP&A team Power BI dashboards for effective visualization of financial data.
- Collaborate and support cross-functional teams, including MIS, accounting, and operations to ensure financial systems meet organizational needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the FP&A department.
- Conduct project review meetings, report on status, and manage risks or issues as necessary.
- Ensure that project deliverables comply with organizational policies and SOX compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field.
- Excel master.
- Deep understanding of FP&A processes and operations.
- Proficiency in financial systems such as Oracle EPM planning, Oracle ERP and data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects that enhance planning workflows and system stability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Adaptability to evolving project requirements.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Mother tongue level English and Hebrew.
