Job Summary
Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Fleet Specialist to manage routine procurement tasks related to leasing, vehicle acquisition, budget management, maintenance controls, and claims management. The role involves ensuring compliance with owner liability obligations and optimizing the fleet with new technologies for a future-oriented, sustainable fleet management. Candidates should have a degree in economics or a commercial background, at least 3 years of experience in purchasing or fleet management, strong communication and organizational skills, good MS Office and IT affinity, and proficiency in German and English.
Must Have
- Manage routine procurement tasks in leasing
- Handle vehicle acquisition, budget, maintenance controls, and claims management
- Ensure compliance with owner liability obligations
- Optimize fleet with new technologies and sustainable management
- Successfully completed studies in economics / business administration or comparable qualification or commercial training
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a buyer or fleet manager
- Communication skills, assertiveness, conflict resolution skills, organizational talent
- Good knowledge of MS Office and IT affinity
- Very good German and good English language skills

Your Responsibilities
- As a buyer with a focus on fleet management, you will manage routine procurement tasks in the area of leasing and all associated tasks such as vehicle procurement, budget management, maintenance controls, and claims management.
- Compliance with owner liability obligations.
- Fleet optimization regarding new technologies and developments in the automotive market, as well as implementation of future-oriented sustainable fleet management.
What you bring to the table
- Successfully completed studies in economics / business administration or comparable qualification or commercial training.
- At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally as a buyer or fleet manager in operational and strategic purchasing.
- Success factors such as communication skills, assertiveness, and conflict resolution skills, as well as organizational talent.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and IT affinity.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
