From day one, you'll receive intensive training in processes, tools, and technological solutions. Within 6 months, you can advance to Software Consultant or Software Project Advisor roles, continuing your professional development within a leading Mexican company in HR technology solutions.

Must Have

  • Reside in Querétaro.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Completed university education.
  • Own car, valid license, and willingness to travel within the city.
  • At least 2 years of formal experience in B2B or corporate B2C customer service.
  • Passion for service, enjoyment of helping and finding solutions.
  • High capacity for analysis, organization, and communication with different audiences.
