Must Have

• Residency in Querétaro
• Advanced Excel
• Completed university education
• Own car, valid license, and availability to travel within the city
• At least 2 years of formal experience in B2B or B2C corporate customer service
• Passion for service, liking to help and find solutions
• High capacity for analysis, organization, and communication with different audiences
