Laundry Assistant

Join our team as a Laundry Assistant at Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita, Mexico, reporting to the Laundry Manager. You will be responsible for elevating the Susurros de Corazón brand through the experiences of our resort guests, ensuring the highest service standards are met and guest experience exceeds expectations. This role involves handling laundry equipment for washing and drying linens, knowing machine programs, assisting with valet and uniform activities, performing inventories, basic preventive maintenance, and maintaining organized work areas.

Must Have

• Handle laundry equipment to perform washing and drying processes for linens
• Know the washing, drying, and ironing programs for each machine
• Assist in the activities, schedules, and responsibilities of the valet and uniform areas
• Perform inventories according to scheduled dates, and in assigned tasks
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on daily use machinery
• Comply with established quality processes and standards
• Care for and maintain organized areas at all times for good workflow in the area
• 1 year minimum experience
• Minimum secondary education
• Teamwork
• Excellent service attitude and communication
